Who we are
Catering Ideas is operated by Fast Popcorn Ltd. For privacy questions, use our enquiry form or call 07522 923434.
Your enquiry
We collect your name, email address and message so we can answer your enquiry, provide quotations and help with orders. Your phone number is optional. Sending an enquiry does not join you to a mailing list.
We use these details for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and supporting customers, to take requested steps towards a purchase or fulfil a contract, and where needed to meet legal obligations.
Website services
Our form uses FormSubmit to deliver your message to our inbox. Our email and hosting providers also handle information needed to deliver messages and run the website. These providers may process information outside the UK; contact us for details of any applicable transfer safeguards.
Manufacturer images and YouTube videos may share technical details, such as your IP address, with those services. YouTube uses a privacy-enhanced player but may use cookies when you interact with it. We have not added advertising or visitor analytics scripts. You can manage cookies in your browser.
Keeping your details
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and handle follow-up. Order records may be kept longer for accounting, warranty or legal requirements. Contact us to ask about your particular enquiry.
Privacy enquiries
Data protection rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, data portability and withdrawal of consent where applicable. These rights depend on the circumstances and are subject to exceptions.
